All That Music Staff George Reynoso, Founder/Owner

As a pop-music historian, he is sought-out by print and broadcast media, locally and nationally, for his opinion on music trends, artists, and the music business. Over the years, All That Music has succeeded with his philosophy of one-on-one service and stocking an inventory selection relevant to El Paso.

John Castillo, Operations and Purchasing

When I joined All That Music and Video about seven years ago, I brought a lot of music retail experience to the store. I was a store manager for a major music store chain in Cielo Vista. But let me tell you, the ATM&V experience is a much better one for customers, because we give them a personalized service that the chains can’t offer. Our customers want the emotional connection that our kind of store gives. I’m a big R&B and fan, and love performers like Diana Ross and Donna Summer. But if it’s good— that’s all that matters!

Tom Pullen, Operations and Purchasing

I started working here at All That Music & Video in January, 2017. I decided to come back to El Paso, my childhood home, after working at record shops in Austin for more than 20 years. Austin’s a great place to learn about the music sales business, but I just wanted a new opportunity. ATM&V has been great, and it’s really important to El Paso. At a mom-and-pop shop, you’re going to find stuff you didn’t know you were looking for! My specialties are hard rock, classic rock and heavy metal, and I love groups like Tool, Type O Negative and Pantera.

Sam Cassiano, LP Specialist

I was born in the music mecca of San Francisco, and have more than 30 years’ experience in radio broadcasting. I love all types of music, and am particularly fond of the blues. I still host a Friday night blues program on El Paso NRP affiliate KTEP, and am planning on bringin an “All Things Beatles” program to the airwaves soon! I’m glad to bring my love of music to ATM&V! We’re your friends here, so come on by, say “hello,” and “stay tuned”!

Larry Gonzales, Purchasing / Processing,

Media Transfers & Internet Sales

Six year associate of All That Music & Video. Being a musician and working at a store like All That Music and Video definitely broadens your outlook on artists and bands. There’s so much information out there, and so many people want to work in this business, so it drives me to keep ahead of trends, upcoming events and artists. At the store, I receive and ship new and used merchandise, and also work on media transfers and social media to keep our Facebook and Instagram pages connected to our community. Music is such a rewarding and enjoyable thing…and to be a part of that is really special to me!

Alfonso Gutierrez (Poncho), Customer Service, Media Transfers & Internet Sales

Around All That Music and Video, I’m known as Alfonso, but lots of people know me as Modeck de la G! I’m a rapper and audio engineer, and I graduated from the A&R School of Audio and Recording). I’ve dedicated five years to music production and look forward to a future career in it. I’m one of the “kids” at ATM&V, but I also have a family of my own! At the store, I handle customer service, media transfers, Internet sales, maintenance and keeping things around the store organized. I also like to help our Spanish speaking customers.

Eddie Gonzalez, Clerk

How long have I been a music fan? When I was young, I used to go to the El Colon theater on South El Paso Street. That was where I discovered Spanish-language artists. My music specialties are club and dance music, 12” EPs, and Spanish language performers. I’m also a bit of an El Paso-style oldies expert! Technology has really changed the music business, especially for music shops. But I’ll tell you one thing that the Internet can never really replace, and that’s the fun of shopping at a real mom-and-pop record shop. That’s All That Music and Video. There’s nothing else like it.

Yamel Hernandez, Clerk / Processor / Accounting / Jill-of-all-Trades

I began working at All That Music and Video when I was 16, and I was even helping out at the store before that! George Reynoso is like a dad to me! I’m helping do a little of everything here at ATM&V, and I am also attending UTEP, where I’m studying to be a computer scientist. I’m a big fan of K-Pop and anime. I love groups like Super Junior, classic oldies by artists like the Supremes and Spanish music…especially Enrique Iglesias! Music is transforming to a new trend among young people (check out EDM and Trap)!

Andrea Sandoval, Clerk / Writer

I’ve been with All That Music and Video for only a short time, but I’m having a lot of fun working here! I’m learning how to write up LP condition descriptions and how to prepare used records for sale. You can find a lot of good stuff at All That Music and Video that you wouldn’t find at any other store. I’m also attending UTEP, pursuing a degree in journalism. I love groups like Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, Love and Rockets, Ministry, Skinny Puppy, Nine Inch Nails and Cradle of Filth.

Paulina Ramirez, LP Evaluator / Writer / Clerk

My name is Paulina Celeste Ramirez but I prefer Celeste! I write out the grading notes for the used vinyl at All That Music and Video. I’m an aspiring writer, and I’m currently studying English at El Paso Community College. In the future, I plan on furthering my education in New York. Music and writing have always played a big part of my life, so to be able to learn about new music and write about it is really cool. It brings two important things together in one great job at a place I love — All That Music and Video!

Paul Reynoso, eCommerce Research & Photography

I’m a proud Eastwood High School and UTEP alum, and have a passion for sports, music and weather. I’m an avid fan of the El Paso Chihuahuas and UTEP athletics. I love my time at All That Music and Video, because you discover something new each day about artists and albums that you may not have ever known before. I love finding out how the music industry has evolved over the years, and look forward to seeing how it changes in the future.
